How to complete a change of circumstance
Had a change of circumstances such as a new baby in the family, or a change of address? If so, we need to know about these changes.
Click here to update your housing application. Please allow up to 20 working days for your change of circumstances to be processed.
You must tell us about any change to your circumstances as it might affect your housing need group. Telling us quickly lets us reassess your application and review your housing requirements. Failure to notify us of any changes could lead to your application being suspended from receiving offers or removal from the housing register.
