Some of our homes can be let with incentives. 
These are typically homes that have not attracted a large number of bidders when previously advertised.
Our incentives may include provision of a paint pack, carpets or white goods. There may also be free furnishings available from our Recycling Scheme.
If the home on offer to you qualifies for an incentive package, the Housing Officer who is making the offer will explain this to you.
